Patient Terms & Conditions of Service

We’ve introduced the following terms so that we can maintain a sustainable relationship with all of our patients while maintaining an excellent quality of service.

  • For all confirmed appointments, we require a 30% deposit or a completed finance agreement prior your treatment commencing.
  • We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer.
  • If a you have any questions or concerns over an invoice or payment, we ask that you please contact the Dr Anthony Walsh without delay so that we can try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds will only be issued where there is a valid reason for the refund, such as a mistake on our part or a cancellation by us of an appointment or service (less any incurred costs). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request being approved.
  • We require at least six weeks’ notice to cancel a treatment plan once you have agreed and approved it. Failure to provide such notice will incur a 50% charge of the agreed treatment plan value.


  • Rearrangement of appointments with fewer than 14 days’ notice will incur a £100 rearrangement fee.
  • A £45 no-show fee will be payable in the event of your failure to attend an initial treatment consult.
  • We will always try to accommodate changes to agreed appointments wherever possible. However, please bear in mind that rearrangement of a consult within 48 hours will result in a £45 charge being incurred.
  • You will need to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that we can complete any treatment-related documentation.
  • We may not be able to proceed with your appointment if you arrive late, in which case the £100 rearrangement fee may be incurred.
