Invite a Friend programme Terms & Conditions

Qualified Invite
We define a qualified invite as either an alignment or composite bonding treatment completed at Pear Dental by a first-time customer (an ‘Invited Customer’) who mentions you (the ‘Referring Customer’) by name during their first in-clinic appointment with us.

A ‘Qualified Referral’ is counted where the Invited Customer has received either an alignment or composite bonding treatment in full. An Invited Customer who books an appointment for alignment or composite bonding, but does not complete the treatment with us, does not count as a Qualified Referral. An Invited Customer who receives any other treatment or services (or package of treatment or services) which does not include either alignment or composite bonding does not count as a Qualified Referral.

In order to qualify as a Qualified Referral, this must be the Invited Customer’s first time receiving any service from Pear Dental. You are limited to one Qualified Referral per Invited Customer i.e. follow-on and/or repeat services provided to an Invited Customer do not count as additional referrals.
Reward Payments
Once a patient meets the definition of a Qualified Referral, you as referrer will receive a £50 digital Amazon gift voucher by email. The voucher cannot be substituted for cash or bank transfer.

Eligibility
Both the Invited Customer and the Referring Customer must be aged 18 or over at the date of the Invited Customer’s first in-clinic appointment with Pear Dental.
Our ‘Invite a friend’ programme cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at our sole discretion.
Right to close access to programme
We reserve the right to close a Referring Customer’s access to the Invite a Friend programme if the Referring Customer or the Invited Customer attempts to use the Pear Dental Invite a Friend programme in a questionable manner, or if either party breaches any of these terms or is in violation of any law, statute or regulation.
Right to cancel programme or change programme terms
We reserve the sole discretion and right to change these terms or cancel the programme at any time.
